Sixth Sense Capital is a founder-owned investment firm and does not operate a traditional committed fund backed by institutional LP capital. We invest our own capital on a deal-by-deal basis — putting our money where our mouth is — by committing meaningful personal capital alongside management and seller rollover equity. This structure enables disciplined underwriting without the constraints of fixed fund mandates, deployment timelines, or artificial exit pressures.
Because we are not governed by a pre-committed fund structure, each investment is independently structured to align with the specific opportunity.
