Founded in 2026, Sixth Sense Capital is a private investment firm partnering with high-quality lower middle-market businesses to build enduring industry leaders through aligned partnerships and patient, long-term capital.

We are founder-owned and invest our own capital on a deal-by-deal basis, with no committed fund, no fixed hold period, and no forced liquidity timeline. That structure gives us flexibility in how we deploy capital, how we structure each transaction, and how long we hold, so every decision is made on what is best for the business rather than what a fund timeline requires. We work alongside management teams to accelerate growth, strengthen leadership, enhance infrastructure, and source and execute strategic acquisitions that build lasting enterprise value.

Together they have built and scaled more than 15 businesses and created over $350 million of value, driving growth and success across healthcare, insurance and benefits, industrial manufacturing, consumer services, and real estate.

Healthcare IT and tech-enabled payor and provider services, including a national group health and workers' compensation cost containment platform administering complex medical claims and delivering bill review, repricing, and recovery solutions.

Healthcare provider services, including a diversified senior care platform operating skilled nursing facilities (550+ beds), retirement communities (1,400+ units), licensed and unlicensed homecare agencies, therapy services, and pharmacy operations.

A global sourcing and supply chain arm combining a U.S. based purchasing group importing OEM components from Asia with a wholly owned CNC machining plant in Vietnam, enabling customers to optimize cost, diversify supply chains, and mitigate tariff exposure.

A full-service contract apparel decorating and fulfillment platform combining screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film, and heat transfer with in-house art and digitizing, warehousing, kitting, and pick and pack fulfillment, serving national brands, promotional distributors, and team dealers.

Hospitality and restaurant operations across multiple full-service concepts, spanning contemporary Japanese and Asian cuisine, American pub and grill, and German beer hall formats.

Real estate investments across the asset classes our operating businesses occupy, including manufacturing and industrial facilities, restaurant property, senior housing communities, and residential vacation rental.

Beyond operating businesses directly, our founders have invested as limited partners in private equity funds, served as founding investors and advisors, and made direct investments in multiple private companies.
