Bryan Weiss
Bryan Weiss is a Founding Member of Sixth Sense Capital and an experienced owner-operator. He currently serves as Owner and President of Saelens LLC, a Weiss family-owned, precision manufacturing platform, where he oversees strategy, operations, financial performance, and recently lead the company through a successful sale process to a private equity sponsor. He is also currently an Owner of Lembak Global Sourcing and a former Owner of The Laureate Group, further reflecting his track record of building and scaling businesses across industries. His experience navigating growth initiatives and transaction processes reflects Sixth Sense Capital’s partnership-oriented investment approach. In addition to his operating experience, Bryan is a Limited Partner at EIR Partners and Great Point Partners, both of which are healthcare-dedicated PE firms.

Prior to Saelens, Bryan served as Vice President and CFO at The Vollrath Company, a commercial food service supplier, and began his career as a CPA at Coopers & Lybrand. His experience spans executive leadership, financial management, and transaction execution. At Sixth Sense Capital, Bryan provides operational oversight and strategic guidance, drawing on decades of experience as both an owner and executive.
