Eric Weiss
Eric Weiss is a Founding Member of Sixth Sense Capital and an experienced manufacturing and supply chain executive. He currently serves as Owner and President of Lembak Global Sourcing, a Weiss family-owned, global sourcing and manufacturing platform that complements Saelens' domestic precision manufacturing operations. Eric has led cross-border manufacturing initiatives, including operations in Vietnam, enabling customers to optimize cost structures, diversify supply chains, and mitigate tariff exposure. His experience spans global sourcing strategy, operational execution, and scaling manufacturing platforms serving OEM and Tier 1 customers. He is also currently an Owner of Saelens and a former Owner of The Laureate Group, further reflecting his track record of building and scaling businesses across industries. In addition to his operating experience, Eric is a Limited Partner at Great Point Partners, a healthcare-dedicated PE firm.

Earlier in his career, Eric spent four years in Asia on assignment with a Tier 1 automotive supplier, gaining firsthand experience in international operations and supplier management.
