Kevin Weiss is a Founding Member of Sixth Sense Capital and an experienced owner-operator and executive. As former Owner and President/CEO of The Laureate Group, a Weiss family-owned, diversified senior care platform, Kevin oversaw the development and operation of a multi-site network spanning across nursing homes, retirement communities, homecare, therapy, pharmacy, and ancillary services. He is also currently an Owner of Saelens and Lembak Global Sourcing, further reflecting his track record of building and scaling businesses across industries. Earlier in his career, Kevin practiced law at Kirkland & Ellis and began his professional career as a CPA at Kenneth Leventhal & Company. His background spans healthcare services operations, legal advisory, and financial expertise. In addition to his operating experience, Kevin is a Limited Partner at Great Point Partners, a healthcare-dedicated PE firm.
