Mike Weiss is a Founding Member of Sixth Sense Capital and an experienced corporate attorney. He previously practiced law at Foley & Lardner, where he advised clients on corporate, transactional, and governance matters. He later served as in-house counsel at Harley-Davidson, supporting business operations and strategic initiatives. Mike’s experience spans corporate law, transaction structuring, and operational advisory, providing a practical legal perspective to investment evaluation and portfolio oversight. In addition to his operating experience, Mike is a Limited Partner at Great Point Partners, a healthcare-dedicated PE firm.

Mike has been an Owner in all the Weiss family business ventures, including The Laureate Group, Saelens, and Lembak Global Sourcing, and has supported operations, governance, and transaction execution across all buisnesses.
